ok well my legs are pretty skinny but they’ve no muscle at all.what are some exercises i can do to tone them and add muscle?

Squats, lunges, calf raises those are three compound movements that will definately help you with your problem. Don't forget to stretch and eat healthy that will make results come quicker.

Toning is nothing more than building muscle and losinf the fat around it. As previously stated squats are the ultimate leg builder followed by leg extensions. Make sure you balance them out with hamstring curls/lunges and calf raises.
