How do I know if Im doing that?


Answer:
You don't have to, really after your work out you want to eat with in your first hour of working out because your body absorbs 80% of your proteins and carbohydrates then if you ate after your first our your body only absorbs 20% so eat with in that first our, after that when ever your hungry grab a good snack. Youll see results. Jus work out hard, and eat a lot but healthy like the first post said. eat protein after workout, and before bed. eat helathy throughout the day. ull gain muscle
