i wanna lose weight and begin eating better but my budget isn't that large for food right now.. any ideas?

If you are not walking and moving all day eat 1500 calories a day or 2000if you’re active. yogurt is made easily at home too. On line you'll learn how. A yogurt smoothie, made with 1/2 banana 1/2 peach ( or any fruit, with yogurt and orange juice, makes a swift easy nourishing breakfast. frozen foods are pricey. So is soda and ice cream, those things that you don't need. Keep away from fast foods too.

I tried out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I tried out acai berry.
