im trim, i take a uk size 10 on the top and uk size 8 on the bottoms, i usually eat wholegrain cerials either fitness or special k, always have a dinner with vegetables etc, never eat fast food, usually i would eat a couple of biscuts a day and about 2 or 3 chocolate bars a week, rarely eat bread.

So why would i have quite a bit fat on my stomach?

the top half is a bit flat but the you get to the lower half of my stomach and it sticks out and its mainly the lower part of my stomach that has the most fat. Why is this?


Answer:
Starches will cause fat any day.. Anyway I'm sure you don't have enough to worry about..
