Well the best way to get skinny legs is to run a lot… but you're thighs get larger and muscular, so the ideal way for me is to play Dance Dance Revolution… I'm serious, no joke. I lost 17 pounds in three weeks (I play a lot) I'm 15 and I'm under average now.
