off 500 calories a day))

andd somehow i put on fivee kilos…i've been exercising a lot, i dont starve myself, i dont get hungry anymore, i have lots of energy, all my old shirts fit me…i went to the shopss and purchased a pair of jeans a couple of months ago, now theyre 2 bigg…and somehoww i've put on weight…why would this be? is it water weight…?(its not muscle, im not doing weight training…)

Answer:
have you been walking any more than usual? any type of excerize build muscle and muscle weighs a lot more than fat does. (plus, the more muscle you’ve, the faster your metabolism gets! )

however, the only way you're body will retain water is if you're lacking it oddly enough. so aim for at least 8 glasses a day ( fruits and veggies contain water too!)

but, id state if you're going down clothing sizes, you're obv not gaining fat, so keep it up!
