After working out the tricept, shoulders, biceps and four arms how much protien should i eat?

About 20-40 grams of protein and about 20-60 grams of carbohydrates post workout. If you’re trying to get maximal gain from it,then you should eat or drink a shake within about 30minutes to an hour after the end of your workout.
Casein protein is slower to digest and can keep more amino acids in your blood supply for a more sustained release,so you may want to look into buying some of that or drinking milk.
