Answer:
Take if from me “it hard to motivate yourself to loose weigh. I’ve told myself that I should start my exercising routine but I get bored.

So this is what I’m starting to do: since I listen to music I have started dancing to it doing various exercises and moving to the beat and I changed my eating habits.

Breakfast: 1 cup of cereals

1 cup of soy milk (lactose tolerance)

1 small fruit

1 cup of coffee with hazelnut creamer, splenda

Lunch: 1 1/2 cups of blended salad with homemade

dressing.

(dressing: Honey-Citrus Vinaigrette)

Ingredients: 1/3 cup honey

2 oz Lime Juice

2 oz Orange Juice

2 oz Lemon Juice

12 oz Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Diced Fresh Garlic

1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro

1 tsp Cumin, ground

Salt and Pepper to taste (optional)

1/4 cup (1 oz) tunda on toasted whole wheat

bread

Frozen fruit bar or 14 grapes

Water

Dinner: 3 ounces of skinless chicken breast grilled with

pineapple rings

1/2 Fresh green beans

2/3 cup Steamed rice with diced green onion

Water or iced tea or lemonade

Snack only if I get hungry: Fruit Cocktail or 2 small sugar free cookies

you need to start out slowly and change one habit at a time because after three days you are burning out.

Set up realistic goals such as “I'm going to cut back to one soda per day or I'll bring my lunch instead of eating out” or I'll walk ten minutes at lunch time or I'll drink more water. You need to motivate yourself to take baby steps. Make your new goals habits. Don't go full throttle. Keep a diary of your progress and allow yourself to cheat occationally.

Also see your doctor and a nutritionist and seek out group support. Its easier to stay motivated as a group. Also be realistic. If you need to loose a lot of weight remember that it does take time. don't anticipate to loose 20-30 lbs in a couple of months. Don't think of this as a Diet, think of it as life style modification. you want to make permenant changes. Lastly don't set deadlines. it'll make you feel horrible if you don't reach your goal.

My modivation was feeling superior, having more energy and reducing my risk of heart disease, diabetes, orthopedic problems etc. I used to weigh 210lbs and I'm down to 153. I've fallen off the wagon quite a few times but got back on.

I joined a website (for free) called Calorie Counter Plus back in January - before that, I'd never been able to stick to a diet for more than about 2 weeks. It's really helped me a lot! The forums on there are very supportive, and many people are happy to encourage you along and to give you tips on healthy weight loss. In the last 6 months, I've managed to stick to a diet and I've lost about 25lbs for it! =) Its been great, and I really feel like I've made a lifestyle change, rather than having just “gone on a diet”.

I hope it will help you, and that you have success with it! I certainly have =) Good luck, and stay strong!!!

Answer:
You can get motivation from knowing that if you do it properly you will begin to see results within the first 2 weeks. And you’ll see good results within the first month. (if you do it properly)

Answer:
Think of somebody who's really fat and horrible. Maybe a somebody who's been nasty to you in the past.

If you don't want to end up like them, then you've got to stick to the diet.
