Answer:
Yes, I see where you need to get started on a good plan, but remember, you didn't gain this weight this quickly, and you need to lose it safetly. Eat 6 small meals a day…watch salt, saturated fat, and sugar. Soup is okay if it's homemade, but canned foods have too much sodium, unless you stick with the low ones. Be sure to eat FIBER..Fiber fills you up and is great for your body! Yes, eat Oatmeal EVERY morning.. Nuts, cashews, etc are HEALTHY fats. Eat a handful of these for a snack…Walk 20 minutes every day…It will come off quicker than you think!
Answer:
It'll make you lose the weight, but by the time you want to eat normal again youll gain it right back, just try keeping a journal of everything you eat and how many calories are in it, and then add up your toal at the end of the day to see how mch you've eaten, and do cardio 6 days a week.
Answer:
going on a diet like that won't last. starving yourself will slow down your metabolism and you'll just end up cheating and eat unhealthy food.
You're still young so it will be easier for you to lose weight. The key thing here is just eating healthy. Instead of eating canned soup or instant oatmeal, you should try eating fresh. Try cooking. Low sodium is good. Stay away from processed food (chips, sweets, frozen dinners,)
But don't beat yourself up. Like i said, you're still really young and because you're still in school, you have PE to keep you active.
Answer:
Honestly, if you're thirteen, you still don't really need to worry about stuff like that.
I was really chubby until I was about 14 and then I had a growth spurt and lost a lot of weight.
However if you're really concerned about your health, you should try eating healthily, cut junk food and sodas out of your diet, eat three or four solid meals a day, and exercise at least three times a week. Swimming is a good cardio activity that also tones your body, so if you have access to a pool then try swimming laps for an hour or so three times a week.
Like the other response said, if you eat like how you described in the question it will be really unhealthy and you'll gain it all back once you start eating normally again. You need to make sure you get all the vitamins your body needs, as well as things like protein and fiber and such.
Answer:
june is a while away so you have time to eat healthy and work out and still lose the weight- if you do it the way your going to,your gonna lose it and gain it right back and feel even worse- also it could mess up your metabolism and then when you go to lose weight the healthy way it may be more difficult- i know your young and you want the weight gone fast but do it the right way and have no regrets- tell your parents and let them help you-keep good food in the house and eat healthy together- take it from someone who went through the same thing you are
