and the circular motion thing i can do it but i always lose my balance

i need help

and i dnt want any crap about tae kwon do and hapkido sucking idc this is wat i want to do

Answer:
In tae kwon do the best way to train your left leg is simply by doing. Trying kicking more with your left leg, so your body can get used to the motion. Your leg is wiggly because your body is not used to the motion. Also try streching it more.

As for Hapikido grabbing techniques

There should be a point where your skins toughens up and it won't tear anymore. the only way to get to this point is by doing the grabbing technique repeatedly.

Good luck
