Hey Guys,
As I mentioned I do some modeling here and there..For the winter collection there’s an event coming up and my manager told me that I need to tone up and lose 10 pounds so that I can be 105 instead of 115. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week..I eat extremely healthy. I run for 30 mins and do weights for another 30 minutes. This is working for me, however, I dont seem to lose weight since I’ve gained muscle. Any advise?? I want to lose weight and tone up! Please assist me..Thanks.

well it sounds a bit insane, but id state wrk out less.. i lose weight and slim down more when i dont exercise a lot, than when i do. Sometimes if you do too much weights you tend to bulk up, which im sure is not what your going for. Also the more you work out, the more calories you burn, the more your hunrgy, so sometimes you might eat more without even realizing it. Eat less carbs, exercise less often, and don't stress. Stress can inhibits the cells that often help in weight loss.. holla!!

its people like your manager that cause the problems that there are, why on earth do girls have to have bones sticking out to model?? to me the weight you’re right now is fine as it is, as being a model i take it you’re not really short aswell.

try yoga, pilates, and use weights.
