I'm looking to change my diet with a higher protein content and I would like to know which meats contain the highest amount of protein and how much per serving.
Answer:
Steak: Roughly 22grams of protein per 100g of steak. 100g of steak = roughly 4oz, so an 8oz steak provides around 40-45 grams of protein.
Answer:
Turkey has one of the highest amount of protein.
Tuna, fish, and chicken are also on the top list.
Well high protein diet isn't realy necessary if not medically prescribe or recomended.
You may need supervision and guidance rather than self medicating or experiment.
The body won’t often be good on high protein. Balance and moderation is a great key.
Answer:
Tuna - Higher protein, low fat, and plenty of mercury.
Answer:

Answer:
Turkey, chicken, fish, and LEAN cuts of beef.
Answer:
