Lose weight and tone up?

Hello!
I currently weigh 112lbs - but my skin is loose and flabby in my stomach and butt/hip area. I had a baby 7 months ago and I'm sure that has something to do with it.

What would be a good work out/diet plan for me to stick with to tone up and lose the flab?

I'm not sure if you need to know this, but I'm about 5 feet tall, 28 years old.
