Well I would describe my body shape as….a Spoon
My legs and butt are in perfect shape,toned.

but my top half is fat!

large stomach, big arms and my face is round and getting a double chin!

so im on this new regime/diet.

please tell me if this will help me be one size- I hope to be a perfect size 10 by may 22nd!

my sisters engagment!

30 mins of excersie in the morning

cereal for breakfast

water throughout the whole day

pasta and fruit for lunch

warm milk at night

tada! and on weekends i go dance classes for 1 hour

so will i be a size 10 U.K for may 22?

That should help, I don't know what size you’re now but I would guess this is a reasonable goal. Here are a couple of my tips. Eat 5 smaller meals through out the day rather then 3 massive ones. Cut out fast food and pop if you haven't already. The diet is the large part of losing weight so if you keep that up and exercise like you say you should see good results with the first couple weeks. Also if possible try and push your workouts to be an hour long. An hour is probley the longest you want to be in the gym because anytime after that will probley just be a waste and might not work anything. Also I don't know your workouts but include both cardio and weight lifting. Lastly switch your workouts up each once in a while so you don't hit a plato for weight loss
