Bfast: Dry cereal

Lunch: Muesli Bar and Apple

Dinner: Wmeal roll with chicken and salad and strawberries

too much?

I run a couple of times a week also

not really. Just eat plenty of vegetables if you want to be thin. i'm not saying that you will not eat because you might get a disorder. Just eat a balanced diet.

you are at a healthy weight. Becuase I dont know how tall you are on www.kidshealth.org you can go to the teens sight and get a ton of answers for whatever you need! I think your fine with the eating, but should have milk with your cereal so you get some calcium or yogurt with granola in the morning for breakfast

You should not have to measure what you eat. Eat with moderation and eat healthy foods. Fresh fruits, vegtables, lots of water. I eat anything I want but use common sense. Why make eating feel miserable and sinful. Good food and good friends are my favorite part of each day.

the ideal thin is to discuss this with a dietician. If you exercise, you still need a bit more of the four food groups. The trick is to do it all in moderation.

Sounds good to me. As long as you stay away from processed foods, and too much meat, you’re doing fine. I like all the fruit in the diet, try to get some more leafy greens.
