so i am being forced to go to a mexican restaurant tomorrow. is this the best/most healthy choice?

-chicken fajita salad without the tortilla shell as the bowl. just on a regular plate.

is that healthy and good? how many calories would be in it? i was thinking chicken fajitas, but thats a lot of empty calories with the cheese, sour cream, and shells that are enriched and stuff.

so is that salad good?

AND, most importantly, how many calories would be in the chicken fajita salad?

Sounds good to me…just stay away from the chips they bring out before the meal…that always gets me lol.

It would be about 350 calories…which is not bad at all.
