I HATE IT :D

Answer:
If your neck is hurting during the exercise then you’re performing the exercise wrong. The abdominal muscle group pull your legs and upper torso towards your mid section. Basically you're scrunching up into a tiny ball.

If your neck is straining during the movement then you’re performing an extra movement aside from the scrunching. Try keeping your head in one position rather than having your chin touch your chest.

Answer:
STOP doing all ab exercises! sit-ups and crunches are a total waste of time and they can injured you back too. They provide no benefit whatsoever. If you want a six pack you simply need to lose weight altogether. You can't be overweight and have a six pack. Go running and do lots of push-ups to burn fat. and eat fruits and veggies and avoid fried foods and sweets and sweetened and flavored beverages.

Answer:
Stop such exercises & apply move where you’ve pain.Stretch your neck normally without pain you can do
