my husband states he doesnt want me to be 115 pounds but it would still be in my healthy weight range and I know I have the ability to lose it. Should I lose the extra 30 pounds just to show him that I will still be just fine. He’s always checking out super hot and skinny girls and tells me about it. So i just want to look like the girls he checks out all the time. And trust me they are usually super skinny and i just want my bikini body back after having 2 kids. I dont think 115 is too much what do u all think.

Here’s the problem with magazines, films and TV. They make women want to be “skinny” and their bf/husbands looking at these celebs. You should be comfortable with you and not want to be skinny because these celebrities are. Why not go to 135 lbs first. Don't stress your body out by losing a lot of weight all at once. Plus skipping meals isn’t good for your body.

This depends on what the weight is in and where it is located. 130 should be just fine with a good amount of it being muscle, and the rest even across your body. Also, if he’s always looking at other women, this could indicate other problems, I would go to 130 using exercise a lot instead of diet alone, and then I would ask myself ” do I give this man enough sex?”. There’s also the possibility that you’ve one of those men that women find really hot, and he might get bored with you no mater what you do. Also be aware of the male biological imperative, in other words, we need to spread it around by design. Even at her best my X was my fantasy only 40% of the time. When she let herself go and gained 30 pounds it dropped, to less than 10%. Then there were problems.
