the best thing i have found is to eat off of a salad plate, don't snack, and drink only water. walking is really good excercise and you can fit it in almost anywhere. going to a gym would be ideal so you could walk and strength train. if you don't have that option then walking at least 2 to 3 miles a day would be great!!

30 lbs is possible in this timeframe but you will have to work hard at it. Whatever you do, make sure you are burning more calories than you are taking in.
Depending on how quickly you want the results, Id recomment counting your calories. Its annoying but it does wonders. As far as diet plans, Ive included some links for you in the resource box.
