Answer:
You definitely should not starve yourself while on a diet because you will only be slowing down your metabolism. You need to eat at least 1200 calories per day.I’ve been on this diet now and I have lost 17 pounds in less than a month. Basically I’ve been following The Biggest Loser Diet and it has been astonishing. I have realized that now I have the ability to eat more [quantity wise] of healthy foods than I could of processed, junkie foods. Now I’m nearly never as hungry as I once was. First, I started cutting out all sodas, sugary soft drinks, and juices and instead I started drinking anywhere between 64-80 ounces of water each and each day. Drinking your water ice cold helps you to not give in to your cravings. Instead of snacking on junk foods try snacking on fruits and vegetables. Fruits can take the place of sweets that you would have been craving before. You should also make sure to watch your portion size because you could be eating the right foods but just too much of it. A great weigh to burn calories quick and get in shape is to do some sort of cardio activity for at least 30 minutes everyday. Personally I would advocate 45 minutes to 1 hour of cardio per day. Another great way to lose weight that’ll also help you tone up is to start a strength training program. Essentially you should be following through with your strength training program 3-4 days per week.
Here’s an example of what I eat each day;
Breakfast: 1 cup of cream of wheat [you can spice it up with bananas, fruits, spices, etc.]
Snack: 1 cup of grapes
Lunch: Half of a ham/turkey [protein] sandwich on whole-wheat bread
Carrots with a little bit of ranch dressing to dip it in.
1 cup Cantaloupe
Snack: ½ cup cottage cheese with mandarin oranges
Dinner: Chicken fajitas on Whole-Wheat tortillas
Dessert: Low-calorie ice-cream bars such as the “Skinny Cow” brand ice cream bars.
Hope this helps you (:

I have the ability to really relate, and im 18 too, i give up in a matter of days!
But i recommend doing things that are fun ways of excercising, instead of typical excercise which can be overwhelming,
- Swimming (try inviting friends so meet up and recommend swimming)
- Cycling (cycle to college, or to the station/bus stop, also invite friend out for cycle rides)
- Take part in Pilate classes if possible, they are very resting and good for toning up
When it comes to dieting, just cut out junk foods, and try making your portions smaller if possible. When your about to eat a junk food think 'ive tasted this so many times before, it makes me feel good for about 10mins then i end up feeling like crap when it goes straight to my hips, is it worth it' … it might work
Answer:
i don't know but that's what i do:
i don't eat anything other than drinking water or fresh orange juice after 6 pm (this also helps you in sleeping easily and more comfortably)
i focus on my breakfast the most because it gives me the energy through out the whole day
i eat everything i desire from healthy to junk food except that i lower it with 25% of what a normal person would eat
for example if you usually eat one whole bread for lunch, then only eat 3/4 of it.
i only exercise one hour twice a week
and this is what i do to keep up with my slim body
try this and see if it works
good luck xx

I had way too many inches in all the humiliating zones until I tried acai berry, I know they state that pills do not work, however they certainly worked for me, and they've been featured on CBS News too. There is a free trial going on currently at http://ranabamt.sensitiveit.com , why not try it, what's the worst that could happen?
Answer:
Set a goal and also figure out what motivates you. Put up posters of the body you want to have so you'll see it each day. it will motivate you to put down the cookies and pick up the carrot sticks. I’ll also refer you to the ideal program I have ever come across. search on google the muscleheads fat loss formula. This is a book that costs money but is very well worth it. It is the ideal TRUE source of info you will ever find. And puting money into it means you’ll give it much more attention then if it were free.
Answer:
The best is to have a tea spoon of honey, daily in the morning once u get up from bed. this burns the extra fat. after some time, have atleast 2 glasses of water, to clear the acidity produced during the night
make sure the honey u purchase and use is natural and authentic. This method has worked for me and is really efficient. Ideally to see a noticible difference, it will take atleast 3 to 4 months…
also, I found this site useful for some tips for other healthy sources…
may be u could search and find it here…

Eat a lite breakfast. For example, a yogurt.
DO NOT eat anything in between breakfast and lunch.

Eat a little something at dinner.

Answer:
Whatever you do, don't starve yourself, EVER! It will never help. It just makes you put on more weight. Simply just eat whatever you want (even mc Donald's) but just eat less. Instead of a massive plate of food have smaller portions (enough to fill you). It makes your body feel it's not missing out on anything and also makes your metabolism (the thing that burns fat in your body) much faster because your body doesn't have to work so hard burning fat. Just do an hour or 2 a day of exercise and you could also do an online blog of how you're getting on with you're losing weight regime. People that read it will give you lots of support and that'll definitely help you. GOOD LUCK!! x
