My dear Haley….

Well ….. a vegetarian diet is pretty healthy, but be careful with the “nuts” /the first person mentioned), because ALL nuts have plenty of calories…..sure…..lots of minerals and vitamins also, but lots of fat (especially the Macadamia nuts, which taste sooooo good), but lots of fat content, so be aware, Haley……

Here are some interesting sites with recipes for you honey:

http://www.myrecipes.com/recipes/meatles…
http://vegweb.com/index.php?action=recip…
http://www.healthycookingrecipes.com/veg…

Browse around and you'll find plenty of tasty dishes you can prepare, baby ! Wish you lots of fun with this “new approach”…-smile- Send you all my love and :Happy Easter” to you…your friend….Annette****

Actually, you don't need to diet in fact if you want to lose weight, the one method that definitely delivered for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it was featured in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away 30 pounds, it definitely does produce success!

I have tried out every diet in the book but nothing worked as good as acai berry. I know they say that pills don't work, however they certainly worked for me, and they’ve been featured on CNN too. There’s a free trial on at the moment at http://papapn.neonpolis.com , why not try it, what have you got to lose?

Answer:
Lots of grains, nuts, beans. A favorite of mine is pita bread and basically any type of hummus with chickpeas on top. Get your fruits and veggies of course. It's pretty easy and extremely healthy.
