ok so this is how my body is i have fat lower legs and thighs. a stomach that sticks out. then my lower arms are normal then part of my upper arms are EXTREAMLY thin then the rest is large.
well i dont really have fat legs and thighs ans a big stoamch but there not the size i want them to be. but my arms are VERY small. what type of body shape is this? and what is the ideal way to get smaller legs and a smaller stomach? thank you

probably pear cause with pair u have thin small upper body and massive hips but i guess in ur cause u just have large lower body so if u want to no some exersize to reduce it email me xfruitiex@yahoo.com i would type it here but i dont want to waste the time for u not to use it

A lot depends on your heredity factors. The remedy is hard to accomplish because it takes a lot of workouts and diet. My body shape has been developed by hard work on the farm. That's all my teen age years and even younger. To get smaller legs or stomach, you’ll simply have to workout in the gym and cut back the calories. Good luck.
