How to lose 20 pounds?

Okay i am 13 and 5'6 i weigh 130 pounds and i want to lose 20 pounds. I’ve 2 months to do so. any tips please, i know that i am healthy i just can't stand my body. Help Me!!!

eliminate all snacks, only eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your body might feel like it needs to eat in between but it really doesn't. Drink plenty of water, and cut down on other things. Drink skim milk, and walk and use the stairs anytime you can. Do pushups, situps, run, and maybe look on youtube for fat burning exercises.

Stay away from carbs. Don't completley quit eating them because carbs are what your body turns into energy. Just eat less of them. Stay away from sodas, sweets, pastas, and breads. That’ll make a huge difference. Also exercise and drink plenty of water.

I'm pretty sure that there is no healthy way to lose that much in that short of a time when you're already only 130. 10 might be a more realistic goal. Just exercise and eat lean meat and veggies. It's not about weight when you're that small already, you just probably need to tone up.

Don't eat fry things. Don't eat from fast food restaruants. Make sure you eat breakfast otherwise your body starts to store fat which makes people gain weight. Eat vegetables and fruits.
