Is there a special formula or something? What’s a good calorie intake a day?
Answer:
A women should have 2000 calories a day, but this is keeping in mind you do 30mins of excercise a day too, also to work out how many calories you need for the day you need to work out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) this will tell you how many calories you need to consume during the day you can do that from the source i've listed…working out how many calories foods have is really easy as it is listed on a lot of packaged products, usually at the back…Hope that helps
Answer:
You need at least 1,000 a day. To count calories, you just need to know how much calories you take in. Look at labels and such. The basic diet is 1,400-2,000. Nothing more than 2,000 calories a day. Also, make sure to take in plenty of vitamins, fiber, carbohydrates, and minerals. Also a tiny bit of sugar and oils, but not a lot. They're for energy and your organs for “cushioning”.
Answer:
on the back of the box or of whatever your eating should tell you how many calories are in a serving, a good calorie diet is around 2,000 calories a day.
Answer:
Also keep this in mind
1g of protein =4 calories
1g of Carbs = 4 calories
1g of Fat= 9 calories
Answer:
your caloric intake depends on whether you want to loose weith, maintain, or gain. carbs and proteins are 4 calories and fat has 9.
Answer:
Depends on type of food as well as just calories.
Man cannot live on cake alone! Sadly.
Answer:
A good one is you take your weight and multiply by 11.
So say you are 160lb * 11 = 1760 carbs a day.
