How much weight…?

Can a person lose in 3 months. I know calories and excercising are important. This summer I want to get in shape and since I’ve the whole summer to lose 40 pounds (hopefully) how much can you excercise ( sorry about the spelling) in a day? (normally, with a 1400 calorie intake per day, w/ no diet pills or irregular substances.

at the most I'd say you could lose 24 lbs the healthy way.

if you crash diet you could probably lose more, but you might gain it back.

I lost 40 lbs in 4 months. I’ve lost 60 now, and could only lose another 10 before being too thin.

I ate 1400 calories to lose the weight. One day a week I would eat up to the number of calories I needed to maintain my current weight.

Do some form of cardio exercise 4-6 days a week for 30min-1hr.

you shouldn't be asking WHAT CAN I DO IN THREE MONTHS… what’s the quickest way? what is possible?

instead you should be establishing regimine where you commit to care about jogging once a week for about 30minute to an hour…

then each week you will never NOT DO ANYTHING.. and you will be making progress

in several months you will be healthier and more fit

dont try too hard … take it easy.. just do a LITTLE BIT.. dont rush things

one really important thing to do is to limit your consumption of sodas and soft drinks…water is so much superior for you
