first of all how many calories does 1 pound equel

how many calories is this

a bagel with butter

a glass of 2% milk

rice and a piece of roasted chicken

pepsi

a twix bar-280 calories

and another glass of 2% milk

can u estimate the amount of calories this is

and to lose weight how many calories should i consume daily

I think that's around 1700 calories, definitely not sure.

Try substituting 2% milk for 1% or skim, and butter for margarine. Also, drink 8 glasses of water and limit your intake of sugar (cut back on soda and chocolate, etc.).

Also, try to eat whole grains whenever possible. Bagels tend to have a lot of calories, so I'd avoid them.

Fill up on vegetables and fruits as much as possible. :D

you eat more than this i assume right? listen i know where you are i'm fourteen now but at your age i was fat. i weighed 183 at one point i'm now 126. if this was all you ate you would be anorexic. you have to change what you eat that's how i did it that pepsi is going to have to go. 2% milk try 1% skim is better naturally. before you eat something that you know will make you fat think this——is this at the end of the day what i want? btw for a female your caloric intake should be 2000 i'd say go down to 1500 if you want to lose a pound a week or 1750 and do a thirty minute workout once a day (jogging would be nice or get an mp3/cd player and go for a walk everyday–no snacks afterwards) there are 3500 calories in a pound and i truly wish you the best of luck but if you take 1 thing from this message—–change your habits eating healthy food like apples and oranges (100 calories in each btw) would be a great help!

If you go to ishape.com/diary you can put in all the foods and drinks you ate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it will tell you haow many calories you consumed. I had put in what you ate whenever? But you only consumed 1278 cals. But they wer all of junk and unhealthy foods. If you want to lose weight you have to make a better selection of foods that you are consuming.
