make healthy decisions with your food from now on…no soda no fast food and instead of ice cream try yogurt and instead of chips try apples or carrots…get it?

and exercise…try runnign a tiny bit and lifting some weights…if you cant afford them…lift things aroudn your home…try milk jugs filled with water or a brick from your basement…

good luck…it takes time but if you put in the work you will definately see benefits.

if you insist on cutting your calories, then do not go below 1200, but at your age, jsut making healthier decisions will mae all the difference

The only true way to lose weight is to count your calories and exercise. If you only consume about 1200-1600 calories (needs to be about 500 calories less then you typically eat) and exercise for 30 min a day, you can safely lose 2 lbs per week. It does not seem like a lot, but after 5 weeks, you’re already down 10 pounds! Don't go for any of the fad diets because they’re really unhealthy, and sometimes unsafe.
