I’m not eating sweets of any kind right now, but I know that I get my fix from bread and fruits and other things loaded with carbs. I'm like an alcoholic with sugar. Can someone please help?

Answer:
Get the sugar free angel food cakes and get the sugar free strawberry mix, it's in the refrigerator part where the veggies are at your local Wal Mart and then get fresh strawberries, cut them up in it, you cannot tell any of it is sugar free.

and then start eating all sugar free pies, cookies and cut the breads so much and cut the taters.

I’m a diabetic, and trust me, you cannot tell the difference in the sugar free angel food cake…now some sugar free stuff is just plain yuckie, I mean horrible.

And be careful eating sugar free candy, it will cause you to have the poops, for real, all the sorbitol and manitol is a laxative in them.. I learned the hard way about 5 yrs ago……They’ll make you sick

The safest candy to eat that’s sugar free and is what I eat all the time with no problems at all is the Russell Stover sugar free candy, it is by the bags at Wal Marts as well, and all kinds of flavor and raelly priced low……Russell Stover is the most recommended by Internal Meds Physicians for diabetics since it does not affect your intestinal tract if you know what I mean.

The sugar addiction is gonna be hard to break, and also try to switch to Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper or Diet Dirnks, be careful and not drink too many though, you can get a caffeine addiction then.

Good luck, I can be your hot line if you like, if you start to fall off the wagon, just email me and I’ll talk you out of that giant Snickers LOL

good luck kiddo

Happy Easter
