I just had a baby and getting married, and i wanna lose weight before i put on a small dress, How Do i lose weight really fast? which excersize Works?

This advice isn't going to be very popular, but I'll give it to you anyway cuz it worked for me: If you do a water fast for one day, it will shrink your stomach. The point of this is a) water fasts clean your system and are actually pretty good for you, and b) the smaller your stomach is the less food it will take to fill you up. The goal is to not overeat to where you’ll stretch it out again. Pay attention to when you're not hungry anymore and STOP eating whatever it may be at the time. After that, I started reducing my caloric/fat/sugar intake (NO fast food, NO junk food, NO soda and lots of fruits and veggies) and used The Biggest Loser workout DVD - it was pretty fun and level 1 kicks your @$$!! Also as far as food goes, “smart ones” microwave meals are affordable and have between 150-300 cals per box and fill you up nicely because they're hot.* My husband hates them, but I think they're pretty tasty for what they’re. I dropped 17 pounds in a few months (120-103).

*Hot foods fill you up fast, so make or purchase some low cal soups and teas too!
