I'm 5'10 and I weigh 122 pounds. I am 15 and very skinny. Helpp!

So you want to gain weight, well in order to do that you need to eat right. The best way to gain weight is to eat more towards the end of the day rather than earlier in the day. So you should start taking your protein after 3 and another one right before bed. You do this because in the morning your metabolism is very high, but later on in the day it slows down. Don't get me wrong you should eat a full breakfast too, but you also need to eat a huge lunch and dinner, along with your protein shakes. You shouldn't rely on the protein shakes because you need to eat a lot of high carb foods with it too. Such as bread, steak, chicken, etc

here's a schedule to go by

breakfast-bowl a cereal, orange juice, protein bar

before lunch around 3- protein shake

lunch- high protein, high carb lunch- chicken, steak,etc

dinner- same as lunch- pasta, fish, etc

right before bed- 2nd protein shake
