I don't see myself as overweight. I'm just not confident with my weight and would like to be a little thinner.
It's pretty much just belly fat. My arms, legs, face, everything else is just fine. Except for my stomach.
It just makes me really upset and I am very self concious about it. Again, I dont think i'm fat but would like to lose a little weight.
At least 10 lbs by maybe mid april? Is that possible? If so, what can I do to make the weight drop faster?
No pills please, just everyday things like exercising and eating healthy.
My sister is naturally skinny, and it makes me mad when she looks extremely good in a bikini and I don't.
10 lbs would do the job, and if possible I would like to be thinner by may at the latest!
Any suggestions?
