I am 5'4 and used to weigh 185 lbs. I now weigh about 140. I would like to lose (ideally) 25 more lbs but at least 10 cause I carry my weight well with how I'm built.

Any suggestions on how to get this last little bit?

Answer:
You are at a good weight, keep your body toned by running, biking, dancing, aerobics, and swimming…eat healthy,

avoid sweets, munchies, fried and fatty foods (no fast food)

drink plenty of water (no soda pop) and you will continue to

lose weight.

Keep up the good work!

Food is fuel, energy for the body, if you don't exercise to burn

the energy, it turns to fat…fasting or skipping meals forces

the body to hold on to calories, causing headaches, fatigue

and weakness.

Answer:
Okay, first off–let's start from the beginning.

You've lose an AMAZING amount of weight! CONGRATS!!!

How do you feel? Have you celebrated with a new outfit yet? If not, do! You deserve it!

Next, look at your body size. I'm not talking about your weight. What is your FRAME? If you're a larger frame, then losing another 25 pounds isn't going to be healthy for YOU.

To lose that lost 5-10 pounds, try to pump up the volume on your cardio, maybe add a little more weight to your routine. Kick everything up a notch.

Answer:
Can you tell me how you lost that much weight. I am around your height, and would like to lose some weight. I'm 14, but please help.

Answer:
When you find out please tell me, been struggling to loose those last 10 lbs for 4 years. Eating less doesn't help cause it slows the metabolism, I do weight training 3 days a week and cardio 4 days, I've stayed the same weight forever, but things are tighter and more tone of course. Although muscle weighs more than fat so…it's frustrating I know.

Answer:
just start doing a little at a time

for example;

Fitness part

Day 1: Do at least one hour of aerobic activity. You can an evening walk, go swimming, play some sports with your friends, go running, or anything else which gets your heart beat racing. Aerobics burn a lot of calories which is your main objective in your week long efforts.

Day 2: Do one hour of strength exercises. If you have a gym membership now is the time to use it. But even if the only place you workout is at home, you can still do an effective workout. Do some pushups, crunches, squats, or borrow some dumbbells from a friend.

Day 3: One hour of aerobics, the same as day 1.

Day 4: Take some time off from physical activity to allow your muscles to rest.

Day 5: The same as day 1.

Day 6: One hour of strength training. Make sure you work at least 2 muscle groops.

day 7: The same as day 1.

Nutritional part

1. Eat at least 3 different vegetables each day.

2. Eat 2 pieces of fruit each day.

3. Do not eat any fried food, fast food or candy.

4. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day.

5. Eat 4-5 small meals each day instead of 3 big ones.

6. Reduce the amount of carbs that you eat.

7. Eat at least one portion of protein each day, like fish, meat, eggs or soy.

Answer:
Well loseing that much weight isn't healthy if you are starving yourself. If you haven't tryed already, don't eat where your are "stuffed" Eat till you are content, you know what I mean? Also daily jogging, or even walking can really help. Make sure you eat breakfast, don't have to be much, but its proven more people who eat breakfast are alot more fit than people whom don't. If you have more questions just add me on yahoo. jmh_football_freak@yahoo.com, Im a football player who also helps out in physical activites at school so I know quite a bit so if you want more advice ill be more than glad to help.

Answer:
well i personally dont think you need too

140 sounds good for your height but if

you must lose it then just keep doing what

you doing but workout more then you eat

like try adding an extra cardio or something

and just eat good do not starve yourself

because you gain the weight right back !
