I recently broke up with my ex boyfriend of about 1 year, & I got really sad about & started eating less. I lost about 10 pounds & now the weight keeps falling off. Im down to 115 now, & I really dont want to have an eating disorder. Im eating normally now, & the weight just wont come back. Im 5'7 & now im scared.

first of all, you need to get over your ex once and for all. delete his number, myspace, screen name, throw out pictures.
when i was 16 i went through a bad break-up and developed anorexia nervosa. (not just because of the breakup, obviously there were other things but that made me cross the line)
i'm almost recovered now 6 years later. it sounds disgusting and it looked disgusting being so skinny. (i was 5'8" and around 94 pounds)
but anyway, you're very thin. are you eating less because your less hungry? or because you think you're going to gain weight/feel worthless/ etc?
it's good youre aware of whats going on. give it a while, and if you're sure that you're eating enough and eating healthily, don't stress too much about it. maybe you're naturally thin.
if youre under 18, you could talk to your mom about it (i know, way easier said than done, but it does take so much weight off your shoulders) and if your over 18 you could also see a doctor or schedule weekly appointments with a therapist.

Yess! I went through the same thing that you're going though. I got dumped by my ex boyfriend. I got so stressed that I barley ate anything. I lost about 8 pounds. I was happy about it because I wanted to lose some weight anyways. Just try not to let the situation bother you. Time will make everything better.

thats perfectly normal to lost weight after you break up from a long relationship, perfectly normal! i lost about 15lbs when me and my bf of 3 years broke up, it was hard to eat i would just cry and throw it all back up. Then when i was a little healed from it i could eat again but not as much because obviously my stomache shrank, but if your eating little amounts you still not going to gain the weight back because your technically eating healthy small portions but if you are eating full portions where one would usually gain weight it just might be from the stress. If your worried go to the doctors. you fine unless you start loosing more weight then go see a doctor, but if your not loosing i think you are fine!

Don't be scared! If you get to skinny go to a doctor! Otherwise it's beacuase when you're sad either you gain or you lose weight! I lose weight! ALOT! Last time I broke up with my boyfriend I lost 10 pounds! You'll be fine once you get over it!
