i'm 14 and i dont want to loose weight but i want to be more fit, like i'm selfconcious about my stoumach not being flat anymore how can i get more of a flat stoumach w/o bulking up?

Focus on cardio. Running, walking, swimming, anything like that that keeps your heart rate up is great for burning calories. Try going to a morning walk or jog before breakfast. When you wake up your stomach is empty and if you do exercise then you will burn fat and calories your body has already stored in places like your stomach.

The key, however, to getting a flat stomach is your diet. You’ve to be drinking lots of water, eating many fruits and veggies, and slicing out junk food.
