ok i started to lose weight this week, cause ive been exercising and not eating as much… and (i like eat when im sad.. lol..) i just found out yesterday that my mom is cheating on my dad, and i didnt sleep at all last night. and now im super tired and now i wanna bake a cake ( lol)… should i eat cake.. or will that make me eat more… and ill begin gaining weight again..

Why would you eat if your not hungry? This answer is obviously, NO.
If your hungry, its okay to pig out once in a while. But eating when your depressed can cause weight gain. For me, stress has the opposite effect. I don't eat when im really stressed out, i just dont feel hungry.

I tried out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I tried out acai berry.
