Fat???????

Author: admin

would you take into account someone who is 5'3'' and weighs about 133 (on average) to be fat??

Answer:
NO!

Defo not.

I'm 5'4″ and about the same weight.

That's not fat. It should put you at a BMI of about 22 which is perfect.

If you wanna lose a tiny weight, fair enough but don't think that you need to AT ALL cause you're not fat!

=)

Answer:
i wouldn't say “fat” exactly, but maybe a tiny heavy. If you’ve a good amount of muscle, than thats perfectly fine, but if it's fats, than I would state try to do a bit more exercise and eat healthy as well. I'd try to hit 122-127, but that's just me.

And I'm a dude, so obviously it's a tiny different.

Answer:
Depends of their body fat %. The weight is a little hight though.

Answer:
