I am over weight and am wanting to start a exercise program. But I have the ability to not get up and down from the floor. I don’t want to go to a gym, any recommendations on a plan. I want some suggestions on what to do and how to do them. Thanks

the first step you can take is just start walking and cut down on your food intake. Once you begin to notice weight loss you can maybe try jogging then eventually running. If you ever get to the point you want to go to the gym you can try the elliptical trainer or a stationary bike. If you want weights you can get some hand weights and just do some easy over the head lifts. Just remember that in order to loose weight you have to take in less calories than you burn. One thing that i have used to help me is a program called Body Bugg.. you wear it on your arm and it tracks your calorie burn and then you input the food that you eat so you can actually keep track to see if you are burning more than you’re eating.
