Exercise…?

WHAT SORT OF EXERCISES DO I NEED TO DO TO GET RIDE OF LOVE HANDLES? I AM TRYING TO TONE MY TUMMY BY DOING SIT UPS EVERY NIGHT. PLEASE HELP ME.

Answer:
i agree with the cardio. your abs are probably "hiding" under your sebaceous fatty tissue. however, it would probably be unhealthy for you to lose any more weight through dieting, even if the diet is intended to help you burn fat. Try putting some more low-fat protein (fish) in your diet– it helps with muscle definition once you burn off those love handles through various exercises.

Answer:
well try doing more sit ups and different exercises and be patient cause u wont see impovment right away

Answer:
no more french fries

Answer:
You need cardiovascular exercise and dieting to get rid of love-handles, the idea of doing crunches to tone your tummy is mostly wrong.

Start running or swimming or biking for fifteen minutes a day and work up from there. Maybe quit sodas and stop eating fast food.

The abdominal work will only really be apparent once you're skinny.

Answer:
FYI, sit ups don't do anything. You lose weight equally throughout your body. That's why most people get frustrated when they do 2000 sit ups in a couple days and see no results. You have to work your entire body, regularly. You can't focus on one area to lose weight. I would suggest looking through the book You on a Diet, it has lots of exercises that involve no machines or gyms. Also, make sure you're not eating crap. Have a semi good diet. Lastly, make sure you're exercising right. Youtube some videos on "proper push ups" It would be pointless to exercise if you're going to do it wrong. Good luck!

Answer:
First off please turn off the caps.

Love handles are fat, so you need to burn that fat off. Situps won't help except to tone your abdominals. What you need to do is cardio exercise like running, swimming, biking and eat a healthy low calorie diet. About 20-30 minutes about 4 days a week should get rid of them in no time.

Answer:
not just excersize alone will help… I'd also eliminate drinking liquids w/alot of sugar/eating late… Cardio will keep the fat off and doing side crunches leg lifts'll keep you firm… you can also go to gnc and buy a little thing of protein to help the process… and no protein will not make u fat just feeds your muscles… a shake a day wouldnt hurt ( I recommend GNC 100%whey)

I ahte to be the one to tell you this…but research states that spot training simply doesn't work.

I started working out one month ago and weighed in @ 225lbs. I ama 6'3" tall man and "had" the same concerns as you.

I joined a local gym with my wife and since then, I haev lost about 12lbs. and my gut is pretty much gone along with my love handles.

The way i did this is by working up to an hour of cardio every day! I burn over 800 calories on the eliptical machine and stairmaster combined.

When I started, I could barely do 10 minutes of cardio, now I can easily go over an hour.

What you want to do is create a calorie deficit. What I mean by this is, you must burn more calories than you eat. Stop drinking your calories by drinking water.

Do not stop doing sit up and crunches though, because after the cardio, you will have nice muscle tome in you abdomen.

If you don't want to join a gym…which now I think everybody should…try jogging or intense hiking to burn calories.

Doing sit ups and crunches burns hardly none.

Try it out!!! and good luck!!!

Agter one month of weight training and cardio I can fit in all my clothes again and I don't pass out from putting on my socks!!!

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great detoxification colon cleanse and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at

http://healthy-and-thin.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.

Answer:
I sorry, I'm going to be frank here. You will need to exercise regularly, take on a sport (assuming that you don't do sports at the moment), and train at it. Without being active, or taking the necessary actions your love handles will remain as they are. Be active, you are who you want yourself to be. If you continue the road you're in you'll have diabetes, heart problems, and obviously be over-weight leading to other problems. I recommend running, jogging, walking, gymnastics, badminton, tennis, soccer, and swimming. Losing weight shouldn't be a chore it should be fun!!!!!

Answer:
Cardio exercise like running, walking, swimming, biking is a must if you wanna get rid of love handles.

And you must do high intensity cardio, to effectively burn off the excess fat.

So, cardio 3-4 times per week, for at least 60 mins per session.

This love handle routine might be worth trying out: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/love-…

BTW, sit-ups won't help much……
