I want to lose weight (I'm 5' 7 and weigh about 155 lbs.) I know I need to exercise so I was thinking about buying one of those videos you see on the infomercials but I want to know if they have worked for somebody else. If not, any suggestions??
Answer:
some work. Remember, each ones varies for a person in results. One video may work for you, while it may not for others. Another thing to keep in mind is that, just because a video is cheap or expensive does not mean anything (in terms of results). I however, recommend getting Turbo Jam its a little expensive, but it is the best thing a person can do. VIsit there website and see all the results people have recieved. But remember, the key thing is to not give up, regardless of which video you buy. Always remember, the more you work out, the more attractive you will be (and you will be good about yourself too).
Answer:
If you exercise WITH the video and do them faithfully 3 or more times a week AND combine that with a healthy low fat diet. Yep…it works
Answer:
yeh sure if you put in the work!! i used to use a work out video and my body was awsome! get a dance video or something you find fun else you wont want to do it! enjoy
Answer:
Any thing that keeps you moving is good to burn calories.
Your weight depends on calories in and calories out.
You can just put on some good music and Jive away. Just try to use muscles in all parts of your body.

I wouldn't buy anything you see on an infomercial…you may be able to find the same thing at a place like Borders, Barnes & Noble, or even Target. I have noticed myself that dance videos don't do too much for you if you are uncoordinated and often make you feel uncomfortable. I would try a basic workout video that utilizes stretching and cardio techniques.
Answer:
yes, any workout that you stick with will give you results.
Answer:
Yes.. It mostly depends on your diet. Look at the intensity levels of those videos. If they seem too easy then they probably are depending more on the diet then the excersice. The ones with more intensity will let you cheat more often. It depends how disciplined you are going to be with diet and excersice.
