I was wondering if there is something in particular you could eat if you are looking to put on muscle yet still want to have a six pack.

Answer:
Yep they do help, Im a football player for my High School and i've gain 23 lbs. of muscle this offseason in 8 weeks and I have a major 6 pack. When you work out make sure you eat that or drink after your work out with in the first HOUR. Not later because your body absorbs protein 80% more in that first hour than after that first hour your body only absorbes 20% of protein and carbohydrates. So make sure you eat after you work out to get the most out of it. I suggest 40grams of protein and one cup of rolled oats to get the most out of your work out. If their anymore questions add me at jmh_football_freak@yahoo.com

Answer:
Protien bars are ok for energy, but not to gain muscle. Do not replace the protien from food with protien bars. If you want protien, eat a lot of meat. If you drink a protien shake after you workout, it will help gain muscle.

As long as you stay active (like run and play sports and stuff), you will keep your 6-pack. Eating more food than you burn will make you loose your 6-pack.

Answer:
simply word NO

Answer:
yea they are calories! Dont listen to the above posts bro. It is not the best protein you want (go for tuna, fish, red meat, protein SHAKES) but it will still HELP. WOrk out hard, always eat after u work out and then eat more but healthy. Youll keep ur six pack if u work out hard 5 times a week trust me.

Answer:
