i use to eat A LOT but this year ive been cutting back a lot and only eating when im hungry, the thing is i still want to eat stuff i like
for example i might eat waffles for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch with some yogurt and a granola bar, and for dinner w/e my mother makes. and somtimes i have some snacks in between. the problem is state were having rice (i love rice lol) i kinda like having a lot of butter on my rice and so im wondering if i start working out each day will i be able to eat my normal way and lose some weight?? im eating way better then i use to but still not perfect all the time.

to lose weight you need excercise,its good that you,ve cut down but if you want to lose weight thats what you need to do but dont pig out after otherwise you,ll just undo all you,re good work maybe yo could munch on fruit n veg,if you chop some up and put it in a bowl in the fridge then when you go for a snack its there for you already.i know how hard it is to choose a banana over a choccie bar but in the end it will be worth it. and just limit urself to 1 or 2 tspoons of butter on ur rice. u will feel more in control and feel happier about urself. but dont go too far or start limiting ur food just be healthy. good luck.x (dont go on websites like that they,re full of crap!!!)
