I want thick thighs with tiny cellulite but fit and a large firm butt, a small waist I don’t care about my breast size. I run each day for 5 miles my treadmill all the way inclined. To get the body I want can you suggest any exercise’s? I’m determined to get the body I want by June, July of 2009. I own a medicine ball, and 5 pound weights.

I'm guessing that you're starting out thinner than you want to be, so that's where this advice is coming from.

Along with the exercise I’m going to state you need to make sure you EAT!

If you exercise without eating a lot you'll just lose weight, and since women carry weight in the thighs, hips, and butt, if you lose weight you won't have the thick thighs and big butt you want.

So make sure you eat a fair amount of food and to stay firm exercise, jog for the legs and do Pilates for the butt, (you can just buy a pilates dvd for cheap and do it in your living room, no equipment required).

Pilates will also keep your stomach toned, and will give you exercise wehn it's too cold to run outside.

Also, to have a smaller waist you can try wearing a corset. they can get kind of expensive, especially if you’re “waist training” (trying specifically to get a smaller waist) but one thing you can do is just put a belt around your waist and pull it really tight and wear it when you're alone (because it looks kind of stupid).

A corset or some kind of waist binding device is especially a good idea if you are going to be gaining weight in your hips.

Most of the weight women gain is in the hips and thighs, but it will also go to your waist as well so keep things tight there to make sure it stays at a smaller size.

Anyway, good luck, sounds like a good goal to shoot for :)
