I weigh probably 135 lbs and am a size 9.

I have a very athletic body due to working out for an hour and half every day at a vigorous pace on the tredmill I also do soccer in the fall and swimming in the winter.
I have a big bust which makes me wear mediums and sometimes larges when I could be wearing smalls or always mediums. I have larger muscular arms from swimming and big strong muscular legs as well.
despite all the workout I have wide hips that I used to think were love handles but they aren't flabby at all and when I touch them it is just muscle and a tiny bit of fat. I also have a strong stomach.
Therefore my body is extemely firm and muscular but I want it to appear smaller but I don't know how to do that.
what do you guys suggest?

Reduce your daily calorie intake and you will get slimmer. Some of what you lose will probably be muscle though.

Wear stripes, they are very slimming. Try to shy away from tight clothes and baggy clothes and wear long sleaves.

it seems you look great but what your saying is that you want to look more feminine.
i doing cardio more then might give you the look that you are looking for.
