i just want to know because i used to have a really eating disorder that i still suffer from, and i have a warped sense of this stuff. allso, i would like to know healthy diet tips if you would please?

Models or people who wear clothes for normal catalogs say the waist and hips should equal height. That balances the body.
Bust's don't count.
I know for a woman 5' 4″ :
She stays at 26 waist and 38 hip to equal 64″ in height.
That woman is hot!
So to add 2″ maybe 27 waist and 39 hip.

not exactly sure do not really know.. meet up with a personal trainer….
but i think it would be on average and most people are not very fit…. 150- 155lbs
if u are fit then i would state 120 - 125lbs
very lean
well u gotta start lifting weights… doing more cardio, eating superior
