im 15, 5'4 and i weigh 140. im trying to lose 20 pounds. I started my diet a week ago. For lunch i have a LeanPocket soft baked sub. my friend said processed foods are bad and will make me gain weight. is that true? ive been eating 1 everyday since last sunday. It has 6g of fat and 250 calories.

my rule of thumb is that Ido not eat anyhting that is microwavable and I liek to make my meals instead of eating out or eating pre-made meals. that way I know exactly what goes into my meals.
I’ve actaully started cooking more and expeimenting with new foods. and it is SO MUCH FUN and you really learn about eating healthier when you do that…start packing a healthy lunch…yogurt with a sandwich and a piece of fruit…I knwothey state LEANpockets…but its lean compared to the real hot pockets which aer terrible for you…
