if so how bad are the frozen ones? i checked the ingredients and they just said cod, no preservatives or anything!

Answer:
You don't have to add preservatives to fish to freeze them, so frozen fish is okay. It might taste a tiny different to you, but it's just as nutritious. Anyway, most “fresh” fish you see at the counter used to be frozen. That's how it's transported.

Answer:
yes all frozen products are less nutrious than fresh as they inject the products to help them last longer in the freezer there isn't that much diffrence but fresh is always best
