It just keeps going, I only intended on losing 20 pounds. I was never even overweight. I started at 5'8 160 and now Im 120. I really want to lose 5 more pounds though before I go to hawaii. My parents think this has turned into an eating disorder and that I’ve a distorted body image. They think Im beginning to look unhealthy. It's confusing because people who knew me before the weight loss state I look sick, but new people I meet say I look fine.
Each time I hit my goal weight, I set a new one. I think there's always room for improvement.

5 pounds more weight loss is not necessary.
You don't want to look like a herion addict…stay at weight you’re. Losing too much will NOT add to your good looks. Nothing attractive about being decrepid.
THough your weight NOW is fine…don't over do it…why make motions to ” fix ” something (your figure) if you're not needing to? Learn to be satisfied with how you’re now and focus on more meaningful ways to express self - improvement.
Your figure is perfect as is…just now maintain the figure…and do so in a healthy way…
Dieting as opposed to adjusting your eating habits for life isn’t the ideal course of action.

5 pounds would be way too drastic. You look good the way you are now, but your chest cavities are starting to show. The spaces between your ribs and collarbone are becoming apparent on your chest, and that’s where people are going to state you look sick, because that look isn’t attractive on anyone. Unless you want to look like a skeleton, I would maintain the weight you have now.
