Answer:
Together with your height (this is important to estimate more accurately a healthy weight), you can use the Losertown website to chart your weight loss.
Remember though, to keep weight off, you need to not drop it too fast. Weight lose of 2lbs is the key. Slow and steady wins the race. And 1000 cals a day isn't too low anyway - I'm trying to keep to 1200 a day.
Answer:
you'll probably loose a stone or maybe more. 1000 cal isn't too low. I went to my physician before going on my diet and was told that it was ok to go to 1000 cal per day. dont forget to count all fruit and veg calories as well. you dont say how tall you’re? if you want to keep the weight off ,you might want to adjust what you are doing. I dont think anyone with all the ideal intentions can keep going to the gym each day for 30-40 mins. so maybe to keep your targets within reach, increase the time you’re giving yourself to loose the weight.
Answer:
probably lose around 30 pounds. Dont expect it to stay off after the day you start eating normally again. 2 months to lose 30 pounds. 2 weeks to gain it all back.
Answer:

I did this a long time ago and lost weight fast so it worked for me=]

Melting calories was child's play for me when I started trying out acai berry. I know they state that pills won't work, but they definitely worked for me, and they've been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial on right now at http://lucilne.gesteland.org , try it out, what have you got to lose?
