I need to excersise for 30minutes a day, but have no equipment and cant go running because of weather etc..
Ideas ?
Im only 13, and im 5'2 and 190 lbs.

Jumprope is a great cardio exersize, get some at home dvds like tai bo, pilates, kickboxing etc (usually you can check them out at the library), play the Nintendo Wii, or dance dance revolution game, but you really shouldn't use weather for an excuse, rain or shine i go running or biking!
