My first comment would be how much are you taking and when? Taking on an empty stomach can cause release of stored toxins that will exaggerate the detox.

When supplementing or using natural remedies it is a good idea to keep a journal of dose, time, foods and side effect/sensations. This way you can go back over and adjust your doses and times as well as share the information.

Keep in mind that health and healing are personal and must be adjusted and regulated according to the individual taking into consideration not only health but diet, exercise and environment.
